MEng in Electrical Energy Systems, MRes in Wind and Marine Energy Systems (both degrees at the University of Strathclyde). Previously gained international experience in Poland, France and Singapore. Currently a PhD candidate developing control systems and hardware for decentralised DC microgrids in the Developing World.
PhD candidate in the School of Government & Public Policy at the University of Strathclyde, specialising in the relationship between decentralised energy and socioeconomic inequalities. With a strong background in political science, Fraser has substantial experience in community energy, energy policy and public policy more widely.
4th Year Computer Science student at the University of Strathclyde. Responsible for development and maintenance of the remote monitoring platform. Development involved establishing GSM communication on the hardware, handling server-side data collection and processing, as well as building a monitoring app for data analysis and system control.
